Investment Criteria

Control investments in established manufacturers with $5 – $40M in revenue and sector-competitive EBITDA margins.

John McGeady

Thirty years experience as a multi-sector business owner and leader. Former President of Thermawood Technologies which he led out of insolvency to double digit year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability. Previously served as: chairman of the Utah Warriors where he lead an organizational restructure and financial realignment; managing partner of the Erigal Group, national consultant to companies in wood and wood processing, plastics, window and door manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, retail and sports and entertainment; and founder and owner of Evenium, one of the largest national sales recruiting agencies in the US. Board member at a number of manufacturing and service related companies.

Chris Assenmacher

Twenty-five years of experience as a business leader, investor and board member in the manufacturing, construction and industrial technology sectors. Most recently served as President of Advance Storage Automation, where he led the commercialization of an autonomous mobile robot solution for automated product storage and retrieval. Previously served as CEO of Carter Intralogistics, a manufacturer and integrator of automation solutions for a wide variety of markets throughout North America.

Founding deputy commissioner of MLR and a key member of the pre-launch and start-up team. Advisor to dozens of campaigns and political party initiatives in the US, Africa and Latin America.
